Our Process - Inspirational Learning Experiences™
Where does inspiration come from? How can we systematically create this experience in others? Our design approach starts
from these core questions and builds systematically outward.
Led by Conceptual Age Media’s team of instructional designers,
our process leverages Worldview Design® to allow us to create media that empowers, inspires, and rewires your target
audience to learn with unprecedented enthusiasm.

Phase 1. INTENTION
The path to inspiration starts with intention. Understanding and leveraging the power of intentions in communication is a critical
part of the Worldview Design® process. In the Intention Phase, we clearly articulate our client's sponsoring vision, defining
what we seek to co-create in all three dimensions (body, mind and spirit). This vision provides a sturdy creative framework to
operate from moving forward.
Phase 2. EMPATHY
Great intentions cannot gain real-world traction without an equally great messaging strategy! During the Empathy Phase, we draw
from more than four decades of developmental psychology research to outline the target learners’ unique cognitive strategies for
making sense of the world. What are their core values, tastes and preferences? What are their unique existential challenges?
What particular images, sounds, words and concepts are likely to resonate with them most?
Phase 3. INSPIRATION
Once we've clearly defined both our creative vision and our learner's inner landscape, the real fun begins. During the Inspiration
Phase, we throw our inner critic out the window and let inspiration take the reins. Drawing from decades of instructional design
experience, we freely brainstorm the content of our learning message through a collaborative process and put our ideas into a
working outline and storyboard prior to production.
Phase 4. CREATION
The Creation Phase begins full-scale production. Script now moves to screen. Ideas become actualized. To maximize time and
resources, we implement a series of authenticity checkpoints designed to meet our client’s inspirational requirements. We
ensure that the final eLearning course is properly engineered to overcome all three filters (sensory, mental, and spiritual) to
actualize an Inspirational Learning Experience™.
Phase 5. FEEDBACK
Finally, we reach our Feedback Phase. We run our final eLearning course against an appropriate test audience to make sure that
it has the desired impact, refining as required to achieve inspired, reliable learning results that last.
